How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed in 2–4 weeks from kick-off call to final delivery. Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients receive priority scheduling. If you have a hard deadline, mention it when you reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
What file types will I receive?
You'll receive vector files (SVG) and raster files (PNG) in both web-optimized and high-resolution versions, plus a black and white line-art version. Everything you need for screen, print, and merch — organized and ready to use.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every package. Additional revisions are available if needed. The revision process is collaborative — most clients find two rounds is plenty.
Can I use the mascot on merchandise and products?
Absolutely. Your usage rights cover digital, print, and promotional use. The only restriction is resale or licensing the character to third parties — that's a separate conversation if it ever becomes relevant.
What if I want additional poses or seasonal variations later?
That's one of our favorite conversations to have. Additional poses, expression sheets, seasonal variations, and animation are all available as add-ons after your initial project is complete. Pricing for add-ons is available on request.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
Not at all. A lot of clients come in with a general direction and we take it from there. The kick-off call is specifically designed to draw out your vision — even if you're not sure how to articulate it yet. Bring your ideas, however rough, and we'll shape them into something concrete together.
